We will customize your coaching session schedule to suit your individual needs. Typically, the entire coaching program will span a duration of 2 to 4 months.

You will receive one 30-minute goal-setting session, followed by four one-hour enriching coaching sessions.

The coaching sessions will take place within our platform, offering private video sessions that are similar to Zoom. This ensures a secure and confidential environment for our coaching interactions.

We will begin with an initial assessment to understand your goal better. Based on this assessment, I will design a customized coaching plan that addresses your unique circumstances. Throughout our sessions, I will provide guidance, strategies, and exercises that align with your goals, continually adapting the program to your progress and evolving needs.

Absolutely! You can choose a time that suits you best, and I'll make every effort to accommodate your schedule.

In addition to the personalized plan, tips, and guidance, you'll have the opportunity to connect with me daily through text messaging.

You have the option to cancel or reschedule up to 48 hours before the start of each session.

Your personal information and the content of our sessions are kept strictly confidential. Although sessions are recorded to provide you with the option to review, you can pause or stop the recordings at your discretion. Furthermore, these recorded videos are exclusively for your use and will never be utilized by Perfected By Blood in any manner without your prior approval.

While I'm committed to providing the best coaching experience, please note that I do not offer refunds for my 1-on-1 coaching services, as this policy encourages mutual dedication and open communication to ensure your progress and satisfaction.
